- By placing a listing or advertisement with ApartmentsOnTheWeb, the property or advertiser agrees to the following terms and conditions.
- Your use of ApartmentsOnTheWeb implies that you have read all of these terms and agree to them. Any and all rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved by ApartmentsOnTheWeb. ApartmentsOnTheWeb is the owner of all intellectual property rights and copyrights on the web site including all information, text and digital images. In addition, the design of the site including color and layout, and all other graphical elements are also deemed copyright.
